Frequently Asked Questions
A custom course is built from scratch around your specific content, policies, processes, or risks – it’s the right choice when you need training that’s unique to your organisation and can’t be met by an off-the-shelf module. The library subscription gives you access to a ready-built catalogue of the most popular HR and WHS courses, custom-branded to your business and updated whenever legislation changes. It’s the fastest and most cost-effective option for common compliance topics. Many workplaces use both: the library for standard compliance topics and custom development for their site inductions, SOPs, and internal procedures.
Yes our courses are set up and delivered as SCORM files for your LMS or WHS system, making them easy to deploy, track, and evidence when it matters.
Legislative updates are included in your subscription fee at no extra cost. When relevant Australian laws or industry standards change, MyBrand Digital updates the affected modules and provides you with the revised files. This is one of the core advantages of the subscription model, you don’t need to monitor regulatory changes yourself or budget separately for content revisions.
Yes, all MyBrand Digital library courses can be fully custom-branded to your organisation. We can add your logo, update colours and imagery, and incorporate your own workplace photos or policies. We can also add, remove, or adjust course content to suit your specific needs. It’s a flexible process and far more cost-effective than building a course from scratch.
Your courses will remain active if you have subscribed to them for at least one continuous year (i.e. fulfilled your annual subscription); however, you will no longer benefit from continuous updates to course materials.
Multiple Delivery Options – all courses as SCORM files, which can be uploaded directly into any SCORM-compliant Learning Management System (LMS) or WHS management system. We also offer courses as video and HTML files for organisations that need more flexible delivery options. Most clients have their courses live in their LMS within one business day of receiving the files.
Pricing is based on the total number of people employed by your organisation, including permanent employees, part-time staff, and contractors. If your workforce size changes significantly during your subscription period, get in touch and we can discuss adjusting your plan accordingly. How is my number of staff determined for pricing purposes?
The subscription model means your courses are never out of date. Australian workplace legislation changes regularly, and whenever it does, MyBrand Digital updates the relevant modules at no additional cost. A subscription also gives you significantly more value than purchasing courses outright – it’s a fraction of the cost of developing custom content, and you have instant access to the full library of engaging, ready-to-deploy training.

Yes. This is one of the most common starting points for custom eLearning development. We take your existing PowerPoints, manuals, product guides or induction documents and transform them into engaging, interactive eLearning modules built in Articulate Storyline, complete with professional Australian voiceover, animations and knowledge checks. Your content stays the same; we simply make it more engaging and effective.
The more you can share upfront, the smoother the process. Useful starting points include your existing training materials (PowerPoints, Word documents, PDFs, or manuals), your brand guidelines, any workplace images you’d like included, and a clear brief on the topic, audience, and learning outcomes. If you don’t have all of this ready, that’s fine, we’ll guide you through what’s needed and can help shape the content from rough notes or a conversation.
Timelines vary depending on the complexity and length of the course, and how quickly content and feedback is provided from your end. As a general guide, most standard modules take four to six weeks from content sign-off to final delivery. Simpler modules with existing content can move faster, while longer or more complex courses may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline at the outset so you can plan your rollout.
All MyBrand Digital courses, both library and custom, can be fully branded to your organisation. We can apply your logo, colours, and fonts, swap in your workplace photography, and adjust or add content to reflect your specific policies and procedures. It’s a highly flexible process: some clients want a light brand refresh, others want a near-complete content overhaul. We work to whatever level of customisation your organisation needs.
We can develop a custom eLearning module on virtually any topic, from site-specific inductions and standard operating procedures to HR policies, leadership development, and product training. If it’s something your team needs to know, we can build it. Get in touch with a brief overview of your requirements and we’ll talk through what’s involved.
